1. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns for items that are physically damaged upon arrival.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be reported as damaged within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).
Proof of damage (such as photos or videos) must be shared before the return is approved.
2. Non-Returnable Items
All other items that are not physically damaged upon arrival are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order details and photos/videos of the damaged product.
Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
Please note:Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
In most cases, original shipping fees are non-refundable (since they cover delivery service costs), but if the damage was caused during transit or due to our error, we’ll include the shipping cost in your refund.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be treated as per the return policy above.
